A: David's Answer: You'd need to file a petition to modify the custody/visitation order. If there's an obvious differences in the signatures, I'd suggest to bring in copies of documents you've signed in the past (such as credit applications, tax returns, etc.) which can demonstrate to the Judge that she's presented a fraudulent document to the Court. If proven, she may face sanctions from the Judge.
