Custody

Q: If awarded sole residential custody then does it mean the person was awarded sole legal custody as well?

A: David's Answer: Not necessarily. One can be awarded sole residential custody, but have joint custody as to decision-making. One would need to see the actual order to see what it says.  - David Bliven, Bronx Child Custody Law attorney (www.blivenlaw.net)
